Style Subscription

Timmi has the right to add your email to her free Style subscription. She will never share your email with anyone. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Bookings:

I require 50% deposit to secure the date of the appointment at the time of booking with the balance due no later than 5 days before the agreed Service.

Payment options include Bank Transfer.

Saturday bookings

Timmi charges 20% more for a session on a Saturday and doesn’t work later than 1pm

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel a service and do so with more than 72 hours’ notice you can reschedule the session essentially only once or at the stylist’s discretion. Your deposit will be transferred across to the new date.

If the session is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to your deposit amount will be charged.

In the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by Timmi Makra you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date and 20% of your service price will be refunded for the inconvenience, whichever is preferred.

If the service is cancelled due to an issue with the specific venue (e.g. Issues with shopping centres or venue) you may opt for a full refund or you will be offered a rescheduled session at the earliest possible date, whichever is preferred.

Online Services:

I require online services to be paid in full on the day of booking. If you would like to reschedule within 72hours' notice, you can move the appointment essentially one, if this is done with less than 72hours' notice 50% of the fee will be charged and there will be no option to reschedule.

If you cancel with less than 48hours notice the full amount will be chargeable . All deposits are non refundable because if Timmi keeps the day free for you and you can’t make it that day, being self-employed means she can’t earn the money she will have lost that day.

Time Keeping:

It is essential that clients arrive on time as personal commitments mean that shops must be completed by the time designated on the service at time of purchase. If clients are late, the completion time of the service will not be extended.

Rescheduling and Cancellation terms and conditions

Please give Timmi a minimum of 5 days notice if you need to reschedule. The reason for this is that Timmi has a waiting list and can fill that day with 5 days plus notice. You can reschedule once and your deposit will stay valid.

If you have to reschedule with less than 75days notice Timmi understands that life is hectic, we get sick and sometimes you need to reschedule for reasons out of your own hands. You have one session you can reschedule but you must rebook your next session with her that day. Please note that Timmi can have a waitlist up to 5 weeks sometimes so if you do have to reschedule, you may have to wait up to 5 weeks.

If you reschedule for a second time, an admin fee of £50 will be added to your final payment and you must rebook your session that day.

If you reschedule for a third time, your deposit is invalid and if you still want Timmi's services you will have to pay a deposit again.

If you pay a deposit and decide you no longer want Timmi's services, you will lose your deposit because she will have kept that day free for you.

All deposits are non-refundable because if Timmi keeps the day free for you and you can’t make it that day, being self-employed means she can’t earn the money she will have lost that day.

Travel Terms and Conditions

Colour analysis, Body Shape, and Style Personality Sessions are held at Timmi's Studio in Corby or a booked Venue

The session is to be held at Timmi’s studio because she has the perfect setup, and the best lighting to give you the best experience together as well as the clearest results.

Wardrobe Edit are to be at your home where Timmi travels to you. If she drives longer than a 30-minute trip or outside of 25 miles rasdius the standard rate of 0.45p per mile including the return journey will be added to your holding deposit and to be paid before your session together. If journeys are longer than 1 hour each way, a charge of £30 per hour travel time will be added to your deposit.

The congestion zone fee will be added to your invoice after your session if Timmi travels through it.
